Here I want to talk about how important is the skin care routine, and 10 easy steps how to maintain a good healthy and glowing skin. Aging, pollution and unhealthy lifestyle are the common factors for the skin to loose the elasticity and get wrinkles. However, take into consideration that all the problems have solutions. Taking care of your skin must begin in the early age, as soon as possible! But it is never to late to start now. Nevertheless, If you are a mother, you must inform your child to keep the hygiene and always cleanse their face , it is very important as brushing their teeth or washing the hands everyday.
Skin care routine must be easy and done in the right orders. Here i want to share with you 10 things all the women must do for the skin, as long as you want to be confident and look gorgeous and beautiful all the time.
10 things that women must do for skin
1. Before going to bed must cleanse the face
Rule number 1 !!!!! Make the right move now, start it here with this very important step. Always! no matter how do you feel before you go to bed, make sure you wash your face with the cleanser and rinse it with water. I usually prefer cleansing foam to wash my face.
My favorite cleanser is from Avene | This gel cleanser is very gentle to my skin , thanks to the magic ingredient of this product " Thermal Water " that helps and great for those who has the problematic and hypersensitive skin type. It helps to clean the face and take out all the dirts including the excess sebum and makes your face feel fresh . |
My second favorite facial cleanser is from Collistar Professional, Hydro-Gel . | This hydro-gel face cleanser is so delicate and very gentle for face but it works wonderful, cleaning the skin, taking out all the excess sebum and leaves you a moisture sensation after you washed your face. This cleanser is good for those who has normal to dry skin type. |
The third favorite on my list is 3 in 1 cleansing milk from Apivita. | I'll grab this baby once a week, and pumped 2 - 3 pumps on my palm and then gently massage my face and It helps me to relax.
2. Using the correct products for the face
Keep in mind, everyone is different. You must acknowledge about your skin type. According to your skin type you must choose the correct products, by choosing the wrong products, your skin can causes more problems.
3. Using face serum
They are many types of face serum on the market, it can be for hydrating , plumping , acne , with acid or without acid and etc. Make sure if you know what you need , I'm suggesting that you may want to start with hydrating. Serums that contain Hyloranic acid combined with retinol are great for boosting your collagen and keeps your skin hydrated.
4. Avoiding junk food
Junk food!!! say no more to junk food. This is a junk and a wasted, that's why they call it junk and you shouldn't put it in your stomach. Your skin will immediately shows what you eat , remember that.
5. Exfoliate the skin

6. Stay hydrated
Drink your water! make sure your body get the hydration that it needs, minimum 8 glasses per day. If you drink enough water , your body will help to flushes toxin out and helps with the blood circulation.
7. Be gentle to your skin
Again, i said it before , and i remind you again to be gentle to your skin. If you do massage, make sure you give a light-handed massage. If you wipe your face using towel, use a tapping motion instead of rubbing it. If you exfoliate it, keep in mind not be rough on your face especially on the eyes area.
8. Change pillow case often
Changing your pillow case often can prevent the bacteria to make a colony on your pillow case so you probably will have no more pimples problem. Change it minimum 3 days or once a week.
9. Use mask
You can't never say no to the mask !!!! The best mask that you can have is probably in your fridge. For example Tomato , egg or cucumber . Give it a try.
10. Workout
Ya, its hard i know. But you can just do a simple walk in the mall or yoga. Voila !!!
Sweating helps to release the toxin , this is why workout is important for the skin.
